The price includes access to A3 & A4 printers, A4 scanner, adjustable desks, wifi, alarm, toilet, pantry, sofa group, outdoor space, etc. The current occupants of the office are an illustrator and an architect/artist.

The area where the office is located is a quiet residential area from the 1950s. The office is close to one of Stockholm's best playgrounds, Starrmyran, and the café Bak, which is of high quality. Onsdagslivs, where you can find everything in 50 square meters and a cheerful owner named Majid, is located one block away. Högkarängens center at the subway station is a cozy 1950s environment with many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and other small shops.

The office is located near the entrance to Nynäsvägen in Högkarängen, and for those traveling by car, it is quick to get to meetings (for example, 7 minutes to Södermalm). The Högkarängen subway station is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby is also the bus stop Söndagsvägen with buses towards Skarpnäck, Sköndal, and Tyresö in one direction, and for example, Högdalen, Rågsved, and all the way to Norsborg in the other direction. It is also close to walk across the field to Gubbängen.
